Navigating US Privacy Regulations in Connection with Mobile and Out-of-Home Location-Based Advertising

Please join us at the upcoming Denver KnowledgeNet Chapter meeting. Tracy Lechner, CIPP/US, Chief Privacy Officer, Vice President & Counsel, Outfront Media will present an overview of what location based advertising is and how it works. During the presentation, the regulatory environment (patchwork framework of privacy laws, FTC and AG enforcement and industry self-regulation) and some thoughts on industry best practices (do’s and don’ts) when engaging in mobile and out-of-home advertising will be discussed.
